Appointment text message program
Velvet Pro Beauty sends appointment text messages only to guests who ask for them when booking on velvetprobeauty.com. This page explains what the program sends, how to opt in and out, and what it costs.

What we send
Texts about an appointment you booked: a booking confirmation, a reminder before your visit, a payment link when a deposit holds your slot, a link to your pre-visit consent form, and notice if the appointment is moved or cancelled. You can reply, and the studio answers. We never send marketing or promotional texts. Messages are in English or Spanish, matching the language you booked in.
How to opt in
You opt in on our online booking form at velvetprobeauty.com/book. After choosing a service and a time, step 3 (Your info) asks for your phone number and shows the text message notice beneath it. If you also give an email address, the form asks how we should send your appointment details — Email, Text message or Both — and nothing is preselected; we text you only if you choose Text message or Both. If you give only a phone number, the form tells you we will text your appointment details. Texting is optional and never a condition of booking: you can always be reached by email instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most guests receive between 3 and 6 messages per appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Velvet Pro Beauty does not charge for texts; your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing further will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work.

Your number and your privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your number is used only to send the appointment messages described above.
