Terms of Service

Booking a time holds it for you. Most services need a deposit before the time is confirmed; the amount is shown before you book, and it comes off the price of your service on the day.

Some services need a consultation first. Where that is the case, the site will say so before you choose a time.

DEPOSIT: You may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a deposit refund. After 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds for services performed. No deposit refunds for no-shows.

LATENESS: If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled (deposit non-refundable).

RESCHEDULING: Please give 48 hours or more notice. Rescheduled times depend on availability.

TOUCH-UPS: Schedule your follow-up touch-up 5–10 weeks after your first appointment to avoid a $50 fee. If the required touch-up is not done in that window, treatment is considered unfinished. Annual touch-ups are typically 10–24 months after your last visit; pricing may change.

Velvet Pro Beauty sends appointment text messages: confirmations, reminders, deposit links and consent form links. You opt in by giving us your mobile number when you book and choosing to be reached by text. Message frequency varies by how often you book. Message and data rates may apply.

Gift cards are redeemable for services at the studio and are not exchangeable for cash. They do not expire unless an expiry date was set at purchase and shown with the card.

A card is applied at your visit, once the final total is known. If you lose a code, contact the studio and we will look it up.

Permanent makeup and tattoo removal are performed on living skin, and results vary with skin type, aftercare, sun exposure and lifestyle. Healed colour, retention and the number of sessions needed cannot be guaranteed. Your consent form covers this in full for your specific service.
