Returns & refunds

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it: the day it was delivered, or the day you picked it up or bought it at the studio.

It needs to be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, with any seal intact. Skincare and makeup that has been opened can't be sold again, so we can't take it back unless it arrived damaged or faulty, or it gave you a reaction (see below).

1. Tell us first. Call or text +1 (925) 848-0435, or email Info@velvetprobeauty.com, with your order number and what you're returning.

2. Send it back to the studio: Velvet Pro Beauty, 71 Sand Creek Road, Space H, Brentwood, CA 94513. You pay the return shipping. We suggest a tracked service, since we can't refund a parcel that never reaches us.

If you're local, you can drop it off at the studio instead. We'll agree on a time.

Once the product reaches us and we've checked it, we refund what you paid for it and its sales tax, the same way you paid: back to your card (your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it), in cash at the studio, or back onto your gift card.

Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the mistake was ours.

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is broken, leaking or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and keep the product and all its packaging. We'll replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. If we need it back, we'll send you a prepaid label.

If a product gives you a reaction, stop using it and contact us within 14 days of receiving it, even if it's open. Keep the product and its packaging: the lot number printed on the bottom helps the brand look into it. We'll refund it or exchange it for another product.

Products that have been opened or used, except as described above; products returned more than 14 days after you received them; items marked final sale; and gift cards, which are covered by our Terms of Service.

Want a different shade or product? Return the unopened one as above and order the one you'd like, or swap it at the studio.
